How do I choose the correct size for Ergon grips and saddles?
We provide detailed sizing guides on each product page. For grips, size is typically determined by your glove size, while saddle size is based on your sit-bone distance. We recommend using our online 'Saddle Selector' tool for the most accurate fit.
When will my order be shipped and how can I track it?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your gear has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return policy for used cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been mounted or used on a trail unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do Ergon products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Ergon products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or improper installation.

Are Ergon grips compatible with carbon handlebars?
Yes, our grips are designed to be safe for use with carbon handlebars. However, it is crucial to use a torque wrench and follow the specific Newton-meter (Nm) specifications printed on the grip clamp to avoid damaging the carbon fiber.
